Product Overview
The DG9051DQ-T1-E3 is a low-voltage monolithic CMOS Analog Switch and 8-channel Multiplexer. All control logic inputs have guaranteed 2V logic high/0.8V logic low when operating from a single 5V or dual ±5V supplies and 2.4V logic high/0.8V logic low when V + = 12V. Built on Vishay Siliconix's proprietary high-density process, the device offers the advantage of bi-directional signal, rail to rail analog signal handling.
