DG1412EN-T1-GE4

The DG1412EN-T1-GE4 is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) precision monolithic quad CMOS Analog Switch designed to provide high speed, low error switching of precision analog signals. Combining low power (0.033μW) with high speed (tON: 100ns). It achieves high-voltage ratings and superior switching performance, it was built on Vishay Siliconix's newest high voltage silicon gate process. An epitaxial layer prevents latch-up. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and blocks input voltages up to the supply levels when off. It responds to opposite control logic.
