Product Overview
TS432ILT is a 1.24V adjustable low-power shunt voltage reference. it can be designed in applications where space saving is critical. The low operating current is also a key advantage for power-restricted designs. In addition, the TS432 is very stable and can be used in a broad range of application conditions. Typical applications include computers, instrumentation, battery chargers, switch mode power supply and battery operated equipments.
- 1.252V max output voltage
- Ultra-low operating current: 60µA maximum at 25°C
- High precision at 25°C is ±1%
- High stability when used with capacitive loads
- 100ppm/°C temperature coefficient, 120ppm long term stability
- 200nV/√Hz wide band noise
- 1% precision, 0.5W max static impedance at ΔIK = 100µA to 12mA
- 3 lead SOT23 package
- Temperature range from -40 to 85°C
- 150nA max off-state cathode current at -40°C <lt/> Tamb <lt/> +85°C
