The EFM32LG942F256-QFP64 is an ARM Cortex-M3 based 32-bit Microcontroller with speeds up to 48MHz and is part of the Leopard Gecko family of energy friendly devices. Built on top of a low-power platform that includes innovative low energy techniques, fast wake-up times and energy saving modes the device is ideal for energy sensitive applications. In addition, this device includes 256kB flash, 32kB RAM, 50 digital I/Os, 4 x 16-bit timers and multiple communication interfaces.
