Product Overview
RAA211835GNP#HA0 is a 4.5V to 75V, 3A DC/DC non-synchronous step-down regulator with internal compensation and adjustable frequency. It can deliver up to continuous 3A of continuous output current with premium load and line regulation performance. This uses peak-current mode control architecture. With a programmable PWM switching frequency, it provides the best trade off between transient response and efficiency. The device supports PFM operation to maximize light load efficiency as well as an external bias LDO input to further reduce power dissipation across the load range. The regulator has an internal loop compensation circuit to reduce the external component count and BOM cost. It provides useful functions such as internal or programmable soft-start and a power-good indicator. Application includes industrial power systems, distributed power supplies and general-purpose point-of-load, telecommunication base station power supplies, high-voltage single-board systems.
