• We aim to deliver next working day when you order before cut-off time, but this cannot be guaranteed
• Handling charges apply for orders less than £30. Please see the table above for details

• The next day delivery cannot be guaranteed in all areas of the country.
• Re-reeling orders must be placed by 16:30.

Submit an order before the cut-off time to shorten your delivery time

When selecting the delivery method, orders of in-stock items will be shipped out either the same day or next business day depending on the cut-off time listed below. Items being transferred from other global warehouses may require additional time for delivery.

*Please note:

• Order cut-off time is: Liege: 16:00, UK: 18:00. We aim to deliver next working day when orders are placed by these times, but this cannot be guaranteed
• In stock items ordered before this time will ship out the same day the order is placed.

UPS Express Delivery

Farnell offer a range of competitively priced guaranteed UPS express delivery services:

• Weekdays pre 9.00am - £19.90
• Weekdays pre 10.30am - £12.90
• Weekdays pre 12 noon - £10.50
• Saturday pre 12 noon - £15.50

*Please note: Due to the additional security measures put in place to increase aviation security by the government of the United Kingdom, a small proportion of deliveries from our secondary warehouse in Liege may be subject to a 24 hour delay.

Saturday delivery

When and where possible, items may be delivered on Saturday depending on your choice of shipping and you submit your order before the cut-off time, but this cannot always be guaranteed. Orders submitted on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the next business day. Deliveries on Saturday are charged at £15.50

Non-UK Warehouse

In the event we have to ship your goods from a non-UK Warehouse, timed and Saturday deliveries are not available for any hazardous products. Saturday deliveries are not available for orders placed on a Friday.

Delivery from US Newark
If you choose to order a product from our US warehouse, delivery is:

• 3-5 working days (in stock products)
• £15.95* charge per order - covering handling, duty and airfreight regardless of the number of items
• No minimum order value or quantity

Please note:

• Certain delivery and delivery terms apply
• Your invoice will be issued approximately 2 days before delivery of your Newark items
• The products are packed in Newark packaging including all delivery documents in English language
• Newark items cannot be cancelled or returned except in the case of a warranty/guarantee claim (see our terms of purchase for details)
• Farnell products on the same order will be delivered separately
• Newark specifications of length and weight are in American dimensions e.g. inches

Backorders

Items on backorder will be despatched when they arrive back in stock. If you place an order that has one or more items on backorder you can choose whether to have all items despatched together or to receive the items currently in stock as soon as possible.

Options for backorders

Backorder allowed
We'll despatch in-stock items immediately and place any out-of-stock items on backorder. Items on backorder will be despatched as they become available. Therefore, your order may arrive in single or multiple deliveries.

Deliver order complete
If any items in your order are out of stock, we can hold your entire order until all items become available. Your order will then arrive in one delivery.
