Product Overview
ISE series is a SMD DC-DC converter continues in production for customers with it designed in, however for new projects the IES01 series is the latest version, constructed around an integrated controller with improved low load and operating efficiency over previous generations, and include continuous short circuit protection with auto recovery.
- Unregulated single output, industry standard pinout
- ±10% input range, continuous with auto recovery short circuit protection
- 1500VDC isolation
- Switching frequency is 50 to 300kHz at full load, nominal input
- Input voltage range from 2.97V to 3.63V, output voltage rating is 3.3V
- Output current is 303mA, input current is 404mA at full load (measured at nominal input voltage)
- Efficiency is 72% (typical value at full load)
- Dimension is 12.7mm x 11.2mm x 7.25mm
- Operating temperature is -40 to +105°C at derate from 100% load at +100°C to 80% load at 105°C
