Product Overview
The WE-VD series Varistor is a disc shaped element, low clamping voltage. After a surge impulse the varistor works immediately in normal mode so there is no slip current. It provides protection of DC distribution, power supply, leakage of voltage peaks, surge protection in accordance with EN 61000-4-5.
- Excellent absorption at surge impulses
- -40 to 85°C Operating temperature range for types up to 95Vrms
- -40 to 125°C Operating temperature range for types up to 115Vrms
- Response time <lt/>25ns
- UL1449 3rd Edition, CSA and VDE approved
