Product Overview
TCST2103 is a transmissive optical sensor with phototransistor output. That includes an infrared emitter and phototransistor, located face-to-face on the optical axes in a leaded package which blocks visible light. Application includes optical switch, photo interrupter, counter, encoder.
- 3.1mm gap width, 1mm aperture width
- 4mA typ output current under test
- Daylight blocking filter integrated
- Collector current is 4mA typ ( VCE = 5V, IF = 20mA)
- Current transfer ratio is 20% typ (VCE = 5V, IF = 20mA)
- Collector emitter saturation voltage is 0.4V max (IF = 20mA, IC = 1mA)
- Forward voltage is 1.25V typ (IF = 60mA)
- Turn-on time is 10µs typ (IC = 2mA, VS = 5V, RL = 100 ohm)
- Turn-off time is 8µs typ (IC = 2mA, VS = 5V, RL = 100 ohm)
- Dimension(L x W x H) is 24.5 x 6.3 x 10.8mm, ambient temperature range from - 55 to + 85°C
