The TRANSZORB SMCJ series surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode offers excellent clamping capability. It is available in unidirectional and bidirectional and ideal for automated placement. It is used in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFET and signal lines of sensor units.
