GL41Y-E3/96 is a surface-mount, glass-passivated junction rectifier. Typical applications include use in general-purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes for consumer, automotive, and telecommunication.
- Superectifier structure for high reliability condition
- Ideal for automated placement, low forward voltage drop
- Low leakage current, high forward surge capability, single circuit configuration
- Brown polarity colour bands (2nd band), 1600V Max. repetitive peak reverse voltage (TA = 25°C)
- 1120V Max. RMS voltage (TA = 25°C), 1600V Max. DC blocking voltage (TA = 25°C)
- 1A max average forward rectified current
- 30μA Max. full load reverse current full cycle average at TA = 75°C (TA = 25°C)
- Typical junction capacitance is 8.0pF (TA = 25°C)
- MELF (DO-213AB) package, operating junction temperature range from -65 to +175°C
