The DG9421DV-T1-E3 is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) precision low-voltage low-glitch CMOS Analog Switch using BiCMOS wafer fabrication technology allows operating on single and dual supplies. Designed for optimal performance at single 5V and dual ±5V, it combines low and flat on-resistance (3Ω), fast speed (tON - 38ns) and is well suited for applications where signal switching accuracy, low noise and low distortion is critical. It responds to opposite control logic.
