DG333ADW

The DG333ADW is a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) precision monolithic quad Analog Switch designed to control analog signals with a high degree of accuracy. It minimizes measurement errors by offering low on-resistance (25Ω typical), low leakage (20pA typical.) and low charge injection performance. An improved charge injection compensation design minimizes switching transients. This switch can handle up to ±22V signals and has an improved continuous current of 30mA. The DG333A is fabricated in Vishay Siliconix’s proprietary HVSG-2 CMOS process, resulting in higher speed and lower power consumption. An epitaxial layer prevents latch-up. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on. When off, they block voltages up to the power-supply levels.
