The BYV28-600-TR is an Ultrafast Avalanche Sinterglass Diode with plated axial leads terminals. The glass passivated diode features hermetically sealed axial-leaded glass envelope, ultrafast soft recovery switching and solderable terminals as per MIL-STD-750, method 2026 standard. Colour band denotes cathode end polarity.
