Product Overview
The HVC2010-1M0FT3 is a 1MΩ 500mW surface-mounting high voltage Chip Resistor with 2010 case. Resistive thick film material, over-glaze and organic protection are screen printed on a 96% alumina substrate. The design and laser adjustment of the resistive element optimizes the limiting element voltage of the resistor. The chip is supplied with wraparound terminations suitable for soldering. The terminations have an electro-plated nickel barrier and tin finish. This ensures excellent leach resistance properties and solderability.
