Product Overview
The THL 10-2421 from Tracopower is a THL 10 series, 10W DC to DC converter. THL 10 series general purpose 10W DC to DC converters packed in the compact 1" x 1" case and are pin to pin replacement for the popular 1" x 2" size products. The industrial standard pinout, the wide 2:1 input voltage range and the input filter that meets EN 55022 Class A without external components make this converter easy to design in and suitable for to cost optimize many existing and new applications. It has short circuit and overvoltage protection and applicable in temperature range of up to +80°C or +85°C with optional mounted heat sink. Typical applications are instrumentation, distributed power architectures in communication and industrial electronics.
- Input voltage range from 18VDC to 36VDC (24VDC nominal)
- Output voltage is ±5VDC
- Output current is ±1000mA
- Typical efficiency is 85%
- I/O isolation voltage is 1500VDC, maximum I/O isolation capacitance is 2000pF
- I/O isolation resistance is <gt/>1000Mohm at (500VDC)
- Input current at no load is 12mA typical, input current at full load is 500mA
- Switching frequency (fixed) is 300KHz typical
