TEQ 300-7218WIR

The TEQ 300WIR series from Tracopower are 300W isolated high performance DC/DC converters. These converters with rugged, sealed metal case are suitable for industrial applications where often no PCB mounting is possible but module has to be mounted on a chassis. The ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage range and reverse input voltage protection make these converters also an interesting solution for battery operated systems. The TEQ 300WIR series features output voltage trimming, remote on/off, undervoltage lockout, soft start, remote ON/OFF, output current limitation, overvoltage protection and automatic recovery short circuit protection (hicc-up). Approved by IEC/EN 62368-1, IEC/EN 60950-1, UL 60950-1 and UL 508 safety standards.

• Maximum output current : 25A/12.5A/10.8A/6.3A, excellent efficiency up to 92%
• Constant current output characteristic for battery load applications

• EN 50155 approval for railway applications, input filter meet EN 55022, class A
• Maximum ripple and noise (20MHz bandwidth) is 125mVp-p (12VDC)/250mVp-p (24, 28VDC)/350mVp-p (48VDC)
• Isolation voltage (60sec) is 3000VDC (I/O), 1500VDC (input/case)
• PWM switching frequency is 225KHz typical (48Vin models), 200KHz typical (110Vin models)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 80°C
