TLX9152M(TPL,F(O is a photocoupler photorelay. It consists of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET in a SO16L-T package. It is suitable for battery control in automotive equipment, fuel battery control in automotive equipment, application for electrical vehicle.
- Normally open (1-form-A) device
- Trigger LED current is 3mA (max) at ION = 50mA, Ta = 25°C, t = 10ms
- On-state current is 50mA (max) at Ta = 25°C
- Isolation voltage is 5000Vrms (min)
- 8mm (min) clearance/creepage distance
- Insulation thickness is 0.4mm (min)
- CTI > 600 outer resin
- AEC-Q101 qualified, -40 to 125°C operating temperature range
- 900V detector output withstand voltage at IOFF = 10µA, Ta = 25°C
