Product Overview
74LCX74FT(AJ) is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high-performance CMOS dual D-type flip-flop with 5V tolerant inputs and outputs. It is designed for use in 3.3V systems, it achieves high-speed operation while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. This device is designed for low-voltage (3.3V) VCC applications, but it could be used to interface to 5V supply environment for inputs. The signal level applied to the D input is transferred to Q output during the positive going transition of the CK pulse. Active-low CLR and active-low PR are independent of the CK and are accomplished by setting the appropriate input low. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge.

- Pin and function compatible with the 74 series (74LVC/ALVC/ etc.) 74 type
- Output current is IOH/IOL = 24mA (min) (VCC = 3.0V)

- Input leakage current is ±5.0µA max at (VIN = 0 to 5.5V, 1.65 to 3.6V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 10µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 1.65 to 3.6V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Maximum clock frequency is 150MHz at (3.3 ±0.3V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
