The SN74HC20N is a dual 4-input positive-NAND Gate contains two independent circuits. This device performs the Boolean function Y = (A • B • C • D)\ or Y = A\ + B\ + C\ + D\ in positive logic.

- ±4mA Output drive at 5V
- 1µA Maximum low input current
- Outputs can drive up to 10 LSTTL loads
