Product Overview
The SMAJ40CA from Taiwan Semiconductor is a SMAJ series bidirectional surface mount transient voltage suppressor in DO-214AC package. It has low profile package, excellent clamping capability and glass passivated junction. This transient voltage suppressor is ideal for automated placement. The leads are matte tin plated and solderable per JESD22-B102. It also meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test.
