Product Overview
TSV358AIDT is a dual channel, general purpose input/output rail-to-rail low-power operational amplifier. The common mode input voltage extends 200mV beyond the supply voltages at 25°C while the output voltage swing is within 100mV of each rail with a 600 ohm load resistor. At VCC = 3V, this device offers 1.3MHz of gain bandwidth product and provides high output current capability with a typical value of 80mA. These features make the device ideal for active filters, general-purpose low-voltage applications, and general purpose portable devices.
- Operating VCC voltage range from 2.5V to 6V
- Rail-to-rail input and output, extended Vicm (VDD - 0.2V to VCC + 0.2V)
- Capable of driving a 32ohm load resistor, high stability is 500pF
- Input offset voltage is 0.1mV typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Input offset voltage drift 2µV/°C typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 1.3MHz typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 100pF, f = 100KHz)
- Slew rate is 0.6V/µs typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 100pF)
- Input voltage noise is 27nV/√Hz typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.01% typical at (Tamb = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, SO8 package
