Product Overview
TSB951IDT is a high-speed operational amplifier featuring an extended supply voltage operating range and rail-to-rail output. It also has an excellent speed/current consumption ratio because it has 52MHz gain bandwidth products, consuming less than 3.3mA per channel at 36V supply voltage. It operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, making these devices ideal for industrial and automotive applications with the associated qualification. Due to its small package size, the TSB951 can be used in applications where space on the board is limited. It can thus reduce the overall cost of the PCB.
