The STPS1045B-TR is a high voltage Power Schottky Rectifier featuring extremely fast switching, low thermal resistance and negligible switching losses. It is suited for switch mode power supply and other power converters. This device is packaged in DPAK intended for use in high frequency circuitries where low switching losses is required.
