This MOSFET offers extremely low on-resistance, high dv/dt and excellent avalanche characteristics. Utilizing proprietary strip technique, MOSFET boasts an overall dynamic performance which is superior. Improved gate charge and lower power dissipation to meet today's challenging efficiency requirements.
