Product Overview
STM6822SWY6F is a 5-pin supervisor with watchdog timer and push-button reset in a standard 5-pin SOT23 package. This supervisor is a self-contained device which provides microprocessor supervisory functions. A precision voltage reference and comparator monitor the VCC input for an out-of-tolerance condition. When an invalid VCC condition occurs, the active low reset output (RST) is forced low (or high in the case of RST). This device also offers an active low push-button (MR) reset input.
- Reset threshold of 2.930V
- Reset pulse width of 200ms
- Watchdog timeout period of 1.6s (typ)
- Low supply current of 3µA (typ)
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C (industrial grade)
- Guaranteed active low RST (RST) assertion down to VCC = 1.0V
