The RBO40-40G-TR is a Reversed Battery and Overvoltage Protection Device protects against battery reversal and load dump over-voltages in automotive applications. The monolithic component offers multiple functions as reversed battery protection, clamping against negative over-voltages and Transil function against load dump effect.
