M95640-RMC6TG is a 64Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memories) with high-speed clock.
- 1.8V to 5.5V operating voltage
- Organized as 8192 x 8bits, accessed through the SPI bus (Compatible with the SPI bus)
- 64Kb (8 Kbytes) of EEPROM with 32 bytes page size
- Fast write cycle time: byte and page write within 5ms
- High speed clock frequency up to 20MHz
- Enhanced ESD protection
- More than 4 million write cycles
- More than 200-year data retention
- Write protect: quarter, half or whole memory array
- UFDFPN8 (DFN8) package, operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
