The SKY13290-313LF is a 10W pHEMT SPDT Switch which operates between 20MHz to 2.5GHz. The pHEMT single pole double throw (SPDT) switch. The device is controlled with positive, negative or a combination of both voltages. The RF signal paths within the device are fully bilateral.
- Very low insertion loss, 0.4dB typical at 0.9GHz
- 26dB typical at 0.9GHz High isolation
- High input power compression - 0.1dB at <gt/>+40dBm
