Product Overview
The BD33GA3WEFJ-E2 is a 3.3V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator with an output current of 300mA. The device can be used for a wide range of digital appliance applications. This device has built-in over current protection to protect the device when output is shorted and thermal shutdown circuit to protect the device during thermal over-load conditions. This LDO regulators are usable with ceramic capacitors that enable a smaller layout and longer life.
