The BD00IA5MEFJ-ME2 is a variable output low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator in 8 pin HTSOP package. The output accuracy is ±1% of output voltage. The output voltage can be set at random with external resistance. It has built-in overcurrent protection for protecting the IC destruction by output short circuit, circuit current ON/OFF switch for setting the circuit 0μA at shutdown mode and thermal shutdown circuit for protecting IC from heat destruction by overload condition. The device is usable for ceramic capacitor and enables to improve smaller set and long life.

• Input power supply voltage range from 2.4V to 5.5V and enable (EN) voltage range from 0V to 5.5V
• Minimum dropout voltage of 0.4V at TA = 25°C (VCC = 3.3V, IO = 0.5A)
• High accuracy reference voltage circuit
• Bias current of 250μA at TA = 25°C
• Line regulation of 25mV at TA = 25°C and load regulation of 25mV at TA = 25°C
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
