PX439XS/BK/100 is an epoxy composite. It is a thermally conductive, flame-retardant potting and encapsulating compound. It has a good working life and may be hot or cold cured. The system exhibits a good surface finish, high electrical strength, excellent thermal conductivity and low cure shrinkage. Typical applications include power supplies, encryption devices, security encapsulation, deep-sea electronics and high-voltage capacitors.
