RTK9763U02S01000BE is an evaluation board kit for RZ/A3UL MPU QSPI Edition. The RZ/A3UL evaluation board kit consists of a module board (SOM) and a carrier board. The module board complies with the SMARC v2.1 standard.
- QSPI flash memory DDR4 SDRAM
- Cortex-A55 Single and BGA361pin, 13mmSq body, 0.5mm pitch
- 24MHz input (Xin) clock, 1GHz Arm Cortex-A55 clock, 200MHz AXI-bus clock
- 32KB instruction cache and 32KB data cache
- 1.1V, I/O: 3.3V power voltage
- 128Mb QSPI flash memory, 1GB DDR4 SDRAM and 64GB eMMC memory
- microSD card slot, 10-pin connector for JTAG, 6-pin connector for ADC
- 3 bits system setting DIP switch
- Parallel to HDMI conversion board included
