AT45DB641E-MHN-Y.

The AT45DB641E-MHN-Y is a 64Mbit DataFlash (with extra 2Mbits) flash memory in 8 pin UDFN package. This device is ideally suited for wide variety of digital voice, image, program code and data storage applications. The AT45DB641E also supports RapidS serial interface for applications requiring very high speed operation. Its 69206016 bits of memory are organized as 32768 pages of 256bytes or 264bytes each. In addition to main memory, the AT45DB641E also contains two SRAM buffers of 256/264bytes each. Interleaving between both buffers can dramatically increase system's ability to write continuous data stream. To allow for simple in-system reprogrammability, the AT45DB641E does not require high input voltages for programming.
