Product Overview
5PB11xx is a high-performance LVCMOS clock buffer family device. It has an additive phase jitter of 50fs RMS. It supports a synchronous glitch-free output enable (OE) function to eliminate any potential intermediate incorrect output clock cycles when enabling or disabling outputs. Typical applications include industrial such as automotive, radar, Lidar and other applications.
- High-performance 1:4 LVCMOS clock buffer
- Very low pin-to-pin skew of <lt/> 50ps
- Very low additive jitter of <lt/> 50fs
- 13mA max operating supply current at 100MHz, no load, 25°C
- Supply voltage of 1.8V to 3.3V
- 3.3V tolerant input clock and fMAX = 200MHz
- Integrated serial termination for 50 ohm channel
- AEC-Q100 qualified, Automotive Grade 1
- 2.0 × 2.0 × 0.5mm, 8-DFN package
- Industrial temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
