Product Overview
ERJUP6D10R0V is an ERJ-UP6 series, anti-surge, anti-sulfurated thick film chip resistor. Extremely durable in challenging or unclean, harsh environments, the ERJ-UP6 series provides anti-sulfurization characteristics that avoid an open circuit caused by a sulphide disconnection. High resistance to sulfurization is achieved through the use of an anti-sulfurated electrode structure and material in the manufacture of ERJ-UP6 series resistor. The NEW ERJ-UP6 series resistor is recommended for design in harsh or unclean environment applications where a device might be exposed to oil, gas or polluted soil.
- Resistance is 10 ohm with ±0.5% tolerance
- 0805 [2012 metric] case size
- Temperature coefficient is ±100ppm/°C
- Voltage rating is 400V, Power rating is 500mW
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to 155°C
- AEC-Q200 compliant and IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, JEITA RC-2134C reference standard
- High resistance to sulfurization achieved by adopting anti-sulfurated electrode material
- ESD surge characteristics superior to standard metal film resistors
- High reliability-metal glaze thick film resistive element and three layers of electrodes
