The NCV8177BMX180TCG is a 1.8V fixed linear voltage regulator fast transient response 500mA with enable in 4 pin XDFN package. It provides very stable and accurate voltage with low noise and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) suitable for RF applications. Due to low power consumption the NCV8177 offers high efficiency and low thermal dissipation. It is suitable for powering RF blocks of automotive infotainment systems and other power sensitive device. It is also used in lights, instrument equipment, cameras, camcorders and sensors.
- Operating input voltage range from 1.6V to 5.5V
- Without output discharge
- Quiescent current of 60µA (typ)
- Low dropout of 200mV (typ) at 500 mA, Vout−nom = 1.8V
- High output voltage accuracy is ±0.8%
- Over current protection & thermal shutdown protection is 175°C
- Stable with small 1F ceramic capacitors
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
