NB3L553MNR4G is a 1:4 clock fanout buffer. It is a low skew 1-to 4 clock fanout buffer, designed with clock distribution in mind. The NB3L553 specifically guarantees low output-to-output skew. Optimal design, layout, and processing minimize skew within a device and from device to device.
- Input/output clock frequency up to 200MHz, low skew outputs (35ps), typical
- RMS phase jitter (Integrated 12KHz -20MHz) is 18fs typ (VDD = 3.3V 5%, TA = -40°C to +85°C)
- Output goes to three-state mode via OE
- Operating range from VDD = 2.375V to 5.25V
- 5V tolerant input clock ICLK, ideal for networking clocks
- Input frequency is 200MHz (VDD = 2.5V, 5%, VDD = 2.375V to 2.625V, GND = 0V, TA = -40°C to +85°C)
- Output rise and fall times, 0.8V to 2.0V is 1.0ns typ (VDD=2.5V, 5%, VDD = 2.375 to 2.625V, GND=0V)
- Propagation delay, CLK to Qn range from 2.2 to 5.0ns (VDD = 2.5 V 5% (VDD = 2.375 V to 2.625V)
- Output-to-output skew is 35ps typ (VDD = 2.5 V 5% (VDD = 2.375 V to 2.625 V, -40°C to +85°C)
- DFN-8 package, industrial operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
