Product Overview
The NCP705MT18TCG is a 1.8V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator with ultra-low noise and very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). The device doesn't require any additional noise bypass capacitor to achieve ultra-low noise performance. The device employs dynamic IQ management for ultra-low quiescent current consumption at light-load conditions and great dynamic performance.

- 230mV Typical at 500mA very low dropout

- Internal soft-start to limit the turn-ON inrush current
- Thermal shutdown and current limit protections
- Stable with a 1µF ceramic output capacitor
- Active output discharge for fast turn-OFF
