Product Overview
The NCP59800BMNADJTBG is a CMOS RF low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator with enable function in 8 pin DFN package. It offers high power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) and ultra low output noise. This LDO uses an advanced BiCMOS process to achieve very good electrical performance. It is an ideal choice for noise sensitive analogue RF front ends used in telecom equipment, telecom infrastructure, audio and high speed I/F (PLL/VCO).
- Adjustable output voltage of 0.8V to 5V
- Operating input voltage range from 2.2V to 6V
- Quiescent current of 60µA and stable with small 4.7µF ceramic capacitors
- Low dropout of 200mV at 1A output current
- ±2.5% VOUT accuracy across load/line/temperature
- Very low noise of 15µVrms from 100Hz to 100KHz
- Overcurrent and thermal shutdown protection
- Output voltage accuracy of ±0.3% and shutdown current of 0.2µA
- Power supply rejection ratio of 27dB at f = 1MHz and output noise voltage of 15 x VOUT µVrms
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
