Product Overview
The NCP584HSN09T1G is a 0.9V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator designed for battery powered applications which require precise output voltage accuracy, low quiescent current and high ripple rejection. The device features an enable function which lowers current consumption significantly. This device have three modes, chip enable (CE mode), fast transient mode (FT mode) and low power mode (LP mode). Both the FT and LP mode are utilized via the ECO pin.
- 0.05%/V Excellent line regulation (0.10% LP mode)
- 10mV Excellent load regulation (20mV FT mode)
- 2% High output voltage accuracy (±3% LP mode)
- 0.1µA Very low shutdown current
- 100ppm/°C Low temperature drift coefficient on the output voltage
- Fold back protection circuit
- Ultra-low quiescent current of 3.5µA (LP mode), 40µA (FT mode)
