Product Overview
The NCP4620HSN33T1G is a 3.3V fixed output CMOS Linear Regulator with 150mA output current capability. The device is capable of operating with input voltages up to 10V, with high output voltage accuracy and low temperature-drift coefficient. The device is easy to use, with output current fold-back protection and a thermal shutdown circuit included. A Chip Enable function is included to save power by lowering supply current.
