The NCP4587DMX28TCG is a 2.8V fixed output CMOS low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator which switches to a low power mode under light current loads. The device automatically switches back to a fast response mode as the output load increases above 3mA (typical) or it can be placed in permanent fast mode through a mode select pin.
- Supply current - low power mode - 1µA, fast mode - 55µA, standby mode - 0.1µA
- ±1% Output voltage accuracy
- 70dB at 1kHz High PSRR (fast response mode)
- 0.02%/V Line regulation (typical)
- Current fold back protection
- Stable with ceramic capacitors
