Product Overview
The NCP114AMX330TBG is a 300mA CMOS low dropout regulator in 4 pin µDFN package. It provides user with a very stable, accurate voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. In order to optimize performance for battery operated portable applications, the NCP114 employs the dynamic quiescent current adjustment for very low IQ consumption at no load. It is used in PDAs, mobile phones, GPS, smartphones, wireless handsets, wireless LAN, Bluetooth, Zigbee and other battery powered applications.
- Operating input voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
- 3.3V fixed nominal voltage output option
- Very low quiescent current is 50A (typ)
- Standby current consumption of 0.1A (typ)
- Low dropout of 135mV typical at 300mA
- ±1% accuracy at room temperature
- High power supply ripple rejection is 75dB at 1KHz
- Thermal shutdown and current limit protections
- Stable with a 1F ceramic output capacitor
