Product Overview
The MC74HC08ADTR2G is a high-performance Silicon-Gate CMOS based quad 2-input AND Gate. The device is identical in pin out to the LS08. The device inputs are compatible with Standard CMOS outputs, with pull-up resistors, they are compatible with LSTTL outputs.
- 10 LSTTL loads output drive capability
- Outputs directly interface to CMOS, NMOS and TTL
- 1µA Low input current
- High noise immunity characteristic of CMOS devices
- In compliance with the JEDEC standard No.7A requirements
- Chip complexity - 24 FETs or 6 equivalent gates
