Product Overview
The SAA1064T/N2 from NXP is a 4 digit LED driver with I2C bus interface in 24 pin SOIC package. This bipolar integrated circuit is made in an I2L compatible 18V process. The circuit is especially designed to drive four 7 segment LED displays with decimal point by means of multiplexing between two pairs of digits.
- Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 15V
- Total power dissipation of 500mW
- Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Input/output current on all pins is 10mA
- Output voltage of 0.5V at IO = 15mA
