PESD5V0V1BB,115 is a very low capacitance bidirectional Electro Static Discharge (ESD) protection diode in an ultra-small and flat lead SOD523 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. Applications include computers and peripherals, audio and video equipment, cellular handsets and accessories, SIM card protection, communication systems, portable electronics, and 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet.
- Bidirectional ESD protection of one line
- Diode capacitance is 11pF typ (f = 1MHz; VR = 0V; Tamb = 25°C)
- Rated peak pulse power is 45W max (tp = 8/20µs)
- Low clamping voltage is 12.5V max (IPP = 4.8A; Tamb = 25°C)
- Reverse leakage current is 1nA typ (VRWM = 5V; Tamb = 25°C)
- ESD protection up to 30kV, IEC 61000-4-2; level 4 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-5 (surge); IPPM = 4.8A
- Reverse standoff voltage is 5V max (Tamb = 25°C)
- Breakdown voltage is 6.8V typ (IR = 5mA; Tamb = 25°C)
- Dynamic resistance is 0.2ohm typ (IR = 10A; Tamb = 25°C)
- 2 leads SOD523 package, ambient temperature range from -55 to 150°C
