Product Overview
The BAT54XY,115 is a planar quadruple Schottky Barrier Diode with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. Two electrically isolated dual Schottky barrier diode, encapsulated in a very small SOT363 (SC-88) surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. It is used for ultra high-speed switching, voltage clamping, line termination and reverse polarity protection.
