Product Information
Product Overview
74LV14ABZZ is a hex inverter with schmitt-trigger inputs, capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals. Inputs are overvoltage tolerant. This feature allows the use of these devices as translators in mixed voltage environments. This device is fully specified for partial power down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the potentially damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down. It features HBM ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 Class 2 exceeds 3kV, MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200V, CDM JESD22-C101E exceeds 2kV.
- Wide supply voltage range from 2V to 5.5V
- Supports mixed-mode voltage operation on all ports
- IOFF circuitry provides partial power-down mode operation
- Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 78 Class II
- Input leakage current is ±0.1μA maximum at (VI=VCC or GND;VCC = 0V to 5.5V, 25°C)
- Supply current is 2μA maximum at (VI=VCC or GND;IO = 0A;VCC = 5.5V, 25°C)
- Propagation delay is 5.6ns typical at (CL = 15pF, 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 2pF typical at (VI=VCC or GND;VCC = 3.3V, 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- DHXQFN14 package
