Product Overview
74HC1G125GV,125 is a bus buffer/line driver with 3-state output. This device inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VCC. It features ESD protection (HBM JESD22-A114F exceeds 2000V, MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200V). It complies with JEDEC standards (JESD8C (2.7V to 3.6V), JESD7A (2.0V to 6.0V).
- Wide supply voltage range from 2.0V to 6.0V
- CMOS low power dissipation, high noise immunity
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B
- CMOS input level, symmetrical output impedance
- High noise immunity, balanced propagation delays
- Input leakage current is 1.0μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND; VCC = 6.0V)
- OFF-state output current is 10μA maximum at (VI = VIH or VIL; VO = VCC or GND; VCC = 6.0V)
- Supply current is 20μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND; IO = 0A; VCC = 6.0V)
- Propagation delay is 150ns maximum at (VCC = 2.0V, -40°C to +125°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, SC-74A package
